Ooni lauds Aregbesola over investment on education

 The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi today lauded Osun State governor, Mr Rauf Aregbesola over his investment on education.   

Speaking at the inauguration of the Ilesa Government High School, the monarch expressed joy over the provision of physical infrastructures in public schools across the state.  

Oba Ogunwusi showered Aregbesola with royal blessing and urged people of the state to continue to support the governor.

Also, a member of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC), Professor Femi Odekunle who was a former student of the school commended Aregbesola as he warned that the controversy over the slight change in the name of the school was needless.

Speaking on the occasion, Governor Aregbesola said the school was built with N1.3 billion including the furnishing, landscape and electronic boards. He said the state has committed huge amount of money on education in preparation for the future. 


Aregbesola said “I must thank all Ijesa people at home and abroad, particularly those who supported us from the inception to the completion of this project.”
